When a Termite Report is ordered a Licensed Professional Termite Inspector will examine the interior, and exterior areas of the structure in question. The inspector may limit the report to a specific area if requested by a home owner, and the report is not needed for a real estate transaction.
What will the inspector look for during the Termite Inspection?
Visible signs of a Termite Infestation- Droppings, broken wings, mud tubes, actual termites, and wood damage.
Water damage- Leaky pipes, toilets. Things like this can lead to water damage.

How long will it take to get my completed Termite Report back?
Typical turn around time for a Termite Report is one day, in some rare cases 3 business days. When a Termite Report is needed as a “rush” a request can be put in and the admin office will do everything in their power to get it completed as soon as needed by the customer. There is an understanding with Real Estate transactions Termite Reports are often needed by a specific timeframe. There have been instances where an inspection and report can be done in the same day. After you have received and reviewed your report you if you choose to proceed with the treatment, and or repairs simply call the office to discuss and schedule your needed services.
