Termite Service Contracts

Termites cause more than 2 billion dollar sin damage each year, more than fire and wind storms combined.

Termites don’t only chew through wood. They also chew through vinyl, linoleum, and underground cables. Nothing is more frustrating than a termite problem, and it can cost you thousands. Let the Black Knight clear out the termites before they clear out your wallet.

One of the ways that Black Knight helps to keep your house termite free is through our Termite Control Service Contracts. These contracts provide you with peace of mind, knowing that your home is protected from the damage termites can cause.

Termite Control Service Contracts Include:

  • Yearly Termite Inspections

  • Treatments for Drywood, Subterranean, and Dampwood Termites

There are two types of termites that we provide control services for:

  • Subterranean Termite Defense
Subterranean termites live in underground colonies or in moist secluded areas above ground that can contain up to 2 million members. They build distinctive “mud tubes” to gain access to food sources and to protect themselves from open air.

  • Drywood Termite Defense
Drywood termite colonies do not need contact with soil moisture nor any other water source. As their name suggests, drywood termites occur in dry wood that may be above ground level. Drywood termites build colonies in structural wood, fence and utility posts, furniture, moldings, door and window frames, and so forth.
