Drywood Termites-
Drywood termite colonies do not need contact with soil or moister nor any other water source. As their name suggests, drywood termites occur in dry wood that may be above ground level. The colonies of drywood termites are usually found in structural wood, fence and utility posts, moldings, door and window frames, and even furniture.
Treatment for Drywood Termites include:
Fumigation. Thermal Heat. Localized Treatment. Foam Treatment.
Subterranean Termites-
Subterranean termites live in underground colonies or in moist secluded areas above ground that can contain up to 2 million members. They build “mud tubes'“ to gain access to food sources and to protect themselves from open air.
Types of treatment for Subterranean Termites include:
Drill and injection. Foam Injection. Trench and Treat.
