Start by calling for an Inspection, after you have received the report via email and you have looked over the findings and the bids that were given call the office and notify Black Knight that you would like to go forward and schedule the work for the property. The work can be all of it, or only some, it is completely up to the customer (that's you). Black Knight also offers primary and secondary recommendations depending on your preference. We know there is usually a crunch for time so we are efficient in getting the work scheduled when you need it done by and also supplying the clearance/completion for the property once the work is completed.
