Bee Problem
Bees are an integral part of nature promoting a healthy environment and economy. They go from flower to flower in search of nectar pollinating as they go. Even with their importance in nature they can hinder an annoyance to us or even worse, they can be deadly to people that are allergic to a bees painful sting.
If you own a home or businesses you most likely don’t want bees taking up unexpected residence outside your door.
There are several steps that you can find online on how take to get rid of a bee hive but it is most often not recommended. Bee Control should be done by a professional to insure the safety of yourself, others and the bees themselves.
Black Knight Pest Control will eliminate killer, carpenter, and honey bees using a three step plan with their Bee Control Service.
Before we get to that let’s talk about the types of bees included in the Bee Defense Service.
Africanized bees also known as “killer bees” for their more aggressive behavior are disturbed easily, and attack in greater numbers. Killer bees are similar in appearance to European bees but differ in that killer bees are a bit smaller and darker.
Carpenter bees get their name for their habitat of digging holes in wood to raise their young. Carpenter bees prefer soft unpainted weathered wood such as cedar, redwood, pine and cypress. Similar in appearance to bumble bees expect they have a shiny, hairless abdomen while bumble bees have a hairy abdomen.
Honey Bees are known for their large size in colonies and their production and storage of honey. Honey bees are oval in shape, light brown with golden yellow colors and brown bands.

Three step plan by Black Knight Pest Control
Black Knight will inspect the area and determine where the bees are getting in and where the beehive is located.
Next it will be determined if the removal of the hive is necessary or if the invasion can be controlled by only eliminating the colony. If the hive needs to be removed Black Knight will provide an estimate.
Lastly, Black Knight Pest Control will inject an insecticide into the area of the hive and eliminate the colony. After Black Knight will seal up the access area to prevent further bee invasions.
